At Aakasha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't perfectly suited to you, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio in Bulgaria.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
