All our designs are handcrafted in our studio in Bulgaria. We ship worldwide via express delivery, which typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I request a custom size or specific measurements?
Yes, we pride ourselves on inclusivity. We offer custom tailoring services for most garments. Simply provide your height, bust, waist, and hip measurements in the 'Notes' section at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-made items are non-returnable.
What materials do you use for your garments?
We focus on high-quality fabrics, including Italian cotton, genuine leather, and premium wool blends. Each product page contains specific material details and care instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
